Responsibilities & Context:
Generate potential leads through calls, social media, online platforms, and field visits
Promote land projects to prospective buyers and investors
Explain basic project details such as location, price, plot size, and payment options
Arrange and assist in client site visits under senior supervision
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers
Maintain a database of leads and customer information
Support the senior sales team in achieving sales targets
Assist in preparing sales reports and daily activity updates
Distribute promotional materials (brochures, leaflets, etc.)
Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and property fairs
Build positive relationships with clients to increase trust and referrals
Learn about legal documents and booking procedures related to land sales
Handle customer queries politely and professionally
Monitor local market information and competitor projects
Perform outdoor marketing activities as assigned
