- We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Officer who talented and experienced on B2B System to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for direct sales. The candidate must have a strong background on Sales & Marketing with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Candidates must have experience on Air-tickets sales, Strong communication with various travel agents, GSA business knowledge, GSA industry knowledge etc.
- Generate new sales and create an effective database for developing the business.
- Must have knowledge regarding air tickets sales/operation for the labor demand market in Bangladesh.
- Must be expert in corporate sales with regards to various services such as air-tickets, tour packages etc.
- Develops a Marketing Plan aimed at stimulating business from the domestic leisure and corporate market specifically.
- Ensures overall physical & digital marketing support role for sales and package tour.
- Sources marketing opportunities to create business partners with Travel Agents connecting our OTA platform (B2B, B2C)·
- Organize and host different promotional programs.
- Make recommendations to revenue management on competitive pricing on an as-needed basis.
- Develops our guest database to be utilized in targeted email/mailing programs.
- Prepares monthly market reports.
- Undertakes agents/corporate visits, as appropriate.
- Participates in weekly sales meetings and other unscheduled meetings, as required.
- Actively participates in the compilation of the annual business plan for Sales and Marketing and any other reports requested.
- Represents the brand at relevant industry events.
- Ensures thorough understanding of all the brand sales and marketing programs.
- Maintain all sorts of data related to sales & marketing.
- Prepare all documents required for the holiday package creation without any errors.
- Visa & Tour Package: Counseling clients regarding all types of tourist & business visa.
- Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
- Advise clients on visa requirements and assist with visa applications.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote visas. Handle clients for their visa processing.
- Prepare and process their application Deliver and consult with clients about their visa files.
- Consult over the phone and face to face with clients Briefly discuss with the clients about visa criteria and possibilities.
- Must be experienced in Visa Processing, Consultant, worldwide Immigration, Visit & migration visa process.
