Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate projects.

  2. Plan and execute project-based marketing campaigns to ensure strong lead generation and sales conversion.

  3. Lead and supervise the marketing and sales teams to achieve project sales targets and revenue goals.

  4. Conduct market research to analyze property trends, pricing strategies, competitor activities, and customer demand.

  5. Develop brand positioning strategies to enhance company reputation in the real estate market.

  6. Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, property portals, website campaigns, and online advertisements.

  7. Plan and manage ATL/BTL activities such as billboards, print ads, TVC, brochures, events, property fairs, and site branding.

  8. Coordinate with project, design, and construction teams to ensure accurate marketing communication and materials.

  9. Prepare marketing budgets for each project and ensure effective cost management with measurable ROI.

  10. Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, corporate clients, and investors.

  11. Monitor sales performance, analyze pipeline reports, and implement corrective strategies where necessary.

  12. Develop pricing strategies, promotional offers, and payment plans in coordination with management.

  13. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all marketing communications.

  14. Prepare and present regular performance reports to Managing Director/Board of Directors.

  15. Identify new land acquisition or joint venture opportunities from a market intelligence perspective.
