Responsibilities & Context:

Established in 1974, MEP Limited is one of the leading and integrated electric accessories manufacturers in Bangladesh. The MEP group, consisting of five different companies, manufactures different electronic accessories. MEP currently offers over 1,800 products to its customers. It has more than 15% market share of the domestic market. MEP is looking for young professionals who can comply with regulatory and business requirements.

  • Prepare and implement professional sales and marketing plans aligned with organizational objectives to drive sustainable revenue growth.

  • Execute all assigned sales and marketing activities in accordance with the company’s approved plans, policies, and targets.

  • Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients by effectively handling client communications, negotiations, and continuous follow-up on sales activities.

  • Identify, source, and develop new sales opportunities and assess market and marketing potential within assigned territories or corporate segments

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales progress within CRM or sales reporting systems.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely proposal submission, order processing, and customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.

  • Support corporate tenders, proposals, and presentations as required.

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics to support sales strategy refinement.

  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing guidelines, and approval processes.

  • Participate in promotional activities, corporate events, and client engagement programs.

  • Support key account management initiatives and long-term client relationship development.

  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
