∎ Candide must have experience in knit garments.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Maintain the SOP of Cutting QAD strictly.
∎ • Independently follow-up, monitor, control and responsible for all cutting-QAD related activities.
∎ •Proven capability to understand different specifications & requirements.
∎ • Thorough knowledge of fabric consumption, pattern grading, CAD marker, fabric construction, size set etc.
∎ • Must have good knowledge of the knit garments manufacturing process and risk assessment of the product.
∎ • Ensure the Relax as per the type of Fabrics.
∎ • Received the Fabrics/ Rib and other items from the Store as per Consumption.
∎ • Reduce fabric wastage and ensure optimum cutting quality.
∎ • Maintain 100 % Floor Housekeeping, 5S & Compliance Cutting QAD operation.
∎ • Ensure assign tasks within real time frame as given by the reporting manager & HOD.
∎ •Continue follow up and giving proper guidelines to subordinates and monitoring their daily activities.
∎ •Set a monthly basis Defect/Cut panel & Rework/Re-cut target timeline to minimize the rate gradually and strict follow up to achieve as targeted through proper follow up of overall quality protocol and ensure maintaining all SOP.
