Responsibilities & Context:
Managing employees' data related to payroll;
Preparing monthly salary sheets;
Managing any changes or revisions of the payroll data;
Managing OT, shift allowance, night allowance, etc. in the payroll;
Preparing and maintaining final settlement of the employees;
Preparing monthly reports, i.e. migration, new recruitment, comparative OT;
Strong knowledge of Payroll system & Software;
Familiarity of Labor Laws & Regulation;
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy & compliance;
Experienced in risk management related to payment and fraud prevention;
Any other jobs as assigned by the management.
