Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must Have Practical Knowledge to operate Payroll Software independently.
∎ Provide technical support and advice in the maintenance and support of the company payroll systems encompassing areas such as salary and wage payments, deductions, time-reporting, sub-contractor processes, workers compensation and related areas.
∎ Analysis and evaluation of complex technical payroll procedures, controls and information and documentation systems.
∎ To ensure payroll systems remain fully operational at key processing and reporting times.
∎ To provide technical support and advice regarding the company's current payroll systems and ensuring proper maintenance and availability of the systems.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 05 years in using Payroll Software in any 100% export oriented textile or garments industry.
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
∎ Job Location: Pagar, Tongi, Gazipur.
