Experience:
Strong understanding of the Bangladesh Labor Act and BSEC compliance regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English

Sound interpersonal skills and ability to resolve employee issues tactfully
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
The Senior Executive – Human Resources & Administration will be responsible for overseeing all HR and administrative functions of the company, ensuring a smooth and compliant workplace environment. Additionally, the person will serve as the designated Compliance Officer of the company, responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, particularly as prescribed by the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC). The role demands a high degree of integrity, confidentiality, organizational skills, and familiarity with both HR practices and financial regulations.
His/her job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Prepare and maintain employee contracts, offer letters, and joining documents.
Maintain and regularly update employee files, attendance records, leave registers, and HR databases.
Administer monthly payroll including salary processing
Coordinate and monitor the performance appraisal process and related documentation.
Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies, employee code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures.
Organize internal meetings, employee engagement events, and official programs.
Act as the designated Compliance Officer of the company as per BSEC guidelines.
Monitor compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and circulars issued by BSEC and other regulatory bodies.
Ensure the company adheres to internal compliance procedures related to HR, administration, and operations.
Prepare and maintain compliance logs, registers, and necessary documentation.
Coordinate with departments to ensure timely filing of reports, disclosures, and statements with regulatory authorities.
Provide compliance reports to senior management and support during internal or external audits.
Liaise with BSEC and other authorities on matters related to regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
