Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM)
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill, Factory Compliance, Factory HR Administration, General Administration, General HR, HR Development, HRIS/ HR Database Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates must have experience in worker recruitment, sourcing, training, and development in the head office/ factory.
∎ Perform day-to-day administrative works of the head office/ factory and implement the administrative policy of the company to deal with factory labors in terms of attendance, activities, recruitment, selection, employment, welfare grievances handling, investigations, and other labor-related activities as per labor law.
∎ Utilization of all works properly by ensuring maximum efficiency.
∎ Candidates must have experience working in a head office/ factory through staff/ workers' success planning or backup planning.
∎ Execute, monitor, and manage HR & Admin-related work which includes official correspondence, arranging interviews & other recruitment processes for new Employees hiring of all departments, arrange necessary meetings with all departments for achieving the company's goal.
∎ Close liaison and coordination with the production, sales, service, and accounts department with factory to head office.
∎ Candidates must have experience in HRIS Software/ KORMEE, leave management & payroll management.
∎ To handle the biometric or card system and to ensure that employees are punctual.
∎ Candidates must have to know how to create appropriate job descriptions for workers and management staff.
∎ Monitor and finish day-to-day activities of HR & Admin departments as well other departments as all other departments' work must be ensured.
∎ To prepare HR Related plan and execute the plan for the development of the company's human resources.
∎ Have thorough knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Code, 2006 as amended in 2015 and able to guide Mgt. in right perspective & Conduct inquiry while necessary.
∎ Must have the ability to liaison with Government agencies/Institute/universities (Like BIDA, IRC, Passport Office, BUET, DESCO, REB, DPDC, Environment license, city corporation, Local Police Station have the governing skills the deploy execute the departmental manpower as required and when the ability in own arrangement).
∎ Must have the ability to handle corporate cellphone & sim related issues.
∎ Prepare all kinds of notice and office orders,work orders, meeting minutes on general affairs.
∎ Maintain & ensure safety in all production area and make sure a free & un-block evacuation for all employees.
∎ Monitoring Fire Fighting & rescuer team and to conduct external & internal fire related training. Ensure security aspects of the company and train securities for safe guard of the organization.
∎ Prepare and draft the final settlement.
∎ To be arrange and coordinate meetings.
∎ Look after overall security and environmental sustainability of the factory premises.
∎ To implement other administrative-related work as per the decision of Management.
