Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, PMS (KPI), Training & Development, Training need analysis

Multinational Companies, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and coordinate both internal and external training.
∎ Assist in developing training modules.
∎ Conduct TNA and review periodically.
∎ Assist in policy, guideline and SOP formulation.
∎ Responsible for conducting employee engagement and motivational activities.
∎ Training budget preparation and return on investment calculation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
