Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age 28 to 40 years

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of practical experience in dyeing planning within a large-scale textile manufacturing environment.
• Candidates with strong knowledge in knit fabric dyeing will be preferred.
• Age 28–40 years (may be relaxed for highly skilled candidates).
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a challenging environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong knowledge of dyeing machines, process flow, and fabric types.
• Proficiency in production planning and scheduling techniques.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Computer literacy with sound knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (if any).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.

• Monitor and control fabric dyeing processes from pre-treatment to finishing.

• Ensure accurate shade matching and color consistency as per buyer requirements.

• Coordinate lab dips, bulk production, and shade approvals with Quality team.

• Monitor dyeing parameters, recipes, and machine performance.

• Control dye, chemical, and utility consumption to reduce wastage.

• Identify root causes of dyeing defects and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure Right-First-Time (RFT) dyeing performance.

• Coordinate with Planning for production schedules and priorities.

• Maintain daily production, quality, and efficiency reports.

• Ensure proper fabric handling, batching, and traceability.

• Supervise dyeing floor manpower and ensure discipline and productivity.

• Ensure compliance with safety, chemical handling, and environmental standards.

• Support sustainability initiatives including chemical management practices.

• Coordinate with SCM/MCD for dyes, chemicals, and auxiliaries availability.

• Support internal, buyer, and compliance audits related to dyeing operations.

• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
