  • Age 28 to 40 years
  • B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (preferably in Wet Processing / Dyeing) from a reputed university.

  • Educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of practical experience in dyeing planning within a large-scale textile manufacturing environment.

  • Candidates with strong knowledge in knit fabric dyeing will be preferred.

  • Age 28–40 years (may be relaxed for highly skilled candidates).

  • Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a challenging environment.

  • Ability to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision.

  • Strong knowledge of dyeing machines, process flow, and fabric types.

  • Proficiency in production planning and scheduling techniques.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Computer literacy with sound knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (if any).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute dyeing production plans in line with order requirements and delivery deadlines.

  • Ensure optimal utilization of dyeing capacity by balancing machine load and manpower.

  • Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions to achieve on-time delivery.

  • Coordinate closely with production, quality, and supply chain teams to maintain smooth operations.

  • Review dyeing program feasibility, machine scheduling, and fabric requirement analysis.

  • Maintain records of dyeing planning, production status, and ensure accurate reporting to management.

  • Implement cost-efficient dyeing strategies while maintaining quality standards.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to production planning and provide practical solutions.
