Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ PGDHRM/MBA from any reputed institution will be an added advantage.
∎ Training On Social Compliance, Technical Compliance, Health & Safety Compliance.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accord, BSCI, CTPAT, ISO (QMS EMS OHSAS), SEDEX
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to develop and implement strategic policy & procedures for Compliance issues.
∎ Have to ensure and co-ordinate to run the organization smoothly as per law, CoCs and good practice
∎ Have to Co-ordinate with every Department in order to remain compliant.
∎ Carry out regular internal Audit to ensure Compliance in the Business unit.
∎ Have to be in regular contact with all the Business Partners and will have to give support as per their requirements regarding compliance issues.
∎ Have to be always prepare as per all the required certifications standards.
∎ By coordinating with all the departments have to always be prepare to face any kind of Social or Technical or any other audits.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound Knowledge on Reputed Buyers Compliance Requirements.
∎ Have to be innovative & self-sufficient to solve every kind of work challenge.
∎ Good knowledge in Labor law/HR/ Compliance/ Admin/ Good Practices.
∎ Highly energetic and team player.
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ A person of positive mindset with nice personality.
