∎ Graduation in IEP, Production Process planning, appeal manufacturing, textile engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for One IE and One Production Planning Executive to organize production according to demand and quality standards. They need to be organized and results-driven with great problem-solving skills. Advanced communication and computer skills are very useful for the role. The goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of our production operations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.
∎ Analyze the bulletin and prepare Layouts, identify critical operation and special machines/attachment.
∎ Conducting capacity study, method study, production study, Time Study, line balancing etc.
∎ Daily manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring.
∎ Identify and minimize the bottle neck areas, co-ordinate with seniors and line managers for solving issues.
∎ Balance the line to ensure minimum work in progress (WIP).
∎ Monitor workers' performance; Operator's skill test & skill matrix preparation
∎ Hourly Individual Target/production monitoring and take necessary action
∎ Non Productive Time Calculation, Lost time recording(NPT), Efficiency Calculation, Problem Study, Develop Productivity.
∎ Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
∎ Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
∎ Schedule shift according to production needs.
∎ Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
∎ Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
∎ Keep paperwork organized.
∎ Collaborate with M&M, Quality control, warehouse and other staff.
∎ Prepare Daily Reports and Submit to respective person as directed.
∎ Ensure relevant field for ERP.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
∎ Experience in MRP (Manufacturing resource planning).
∎ Strong Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
∎ Good at math and statistics.
∎ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication abilities.
