Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operational functions for toy distribution and logistics
∎ Coordinate order processing, stock movement, and warehouse dispatch activities
∎ Coordinate with retail partners and modern trade clients on stock availability and delivery timelines
∎ Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, GRNs, and returns
∎ Monitor inventory levels, order fulfilment, and dispatch schedules for smooth distribution
∎ Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery
∎ Manage vendor and supplier communications regarding shipments and stock arrivals
∎ Track and report on sales performance, channel movement, and product-wise performance
∎ Assist in the execution of outlet merchandising and in-store campaigns
∎ Support planning and setup of activities and marketing events
∎ Prepare regular reports on inventory, order status, and operational performance
∎ Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency and cost control#Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
∎ 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations (retail, distribution, or FMCG preferred)
∎ Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of ERP/inventory software is a must
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams
∎ Experience with toy, lifestyle, or amusement products is an added advantage
∎ We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Executive – Business Operations to oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across distribution, sales coordination, inventory management, and retail execution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless business flow across departments, supporting both back-end operations and front-end execution.
