We are looking for a friendly and responsible Soft Playground Attendant to create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children in our indoor soft play area. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working with young children and dedicated to maintaining a clean and welcoming space.

Supervision and Safety:

• Monitor children's activities to ensure a safe and secure play environment.

• Enforce safety rules and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Actively supervise play areas to prevent rough play or inappropriate behavior.

Customer Interaction:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting parents and guardians with any inquiries or concerns.

• Provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for families visiting the indoor playground. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's activities and behavior.

Facility Maintenance:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the indoor playground, including play structures and surrounding areas.

• Conduct regular safety inspections of play equipment and report any issues to management.

• Restock supplies and perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the day.

Activity Facilitation:

• Plan and organize activities for children.

• Engage children in interactive play and encourage participation in group activities. Ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children of all abilities.

Emergency Response:

• Be familiar with emergency procedures and protocols, including first aid.

• Respond quickly and appropriately in case of accidents, injuries, or emergencies.
