Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Data management, Inventory management, Market Research
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Boutique/ Fashion, Handicraft, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Challan Posting & Ledger Maintain for all producers
∎ Prepare weekly/fortnightly/Monthly Store Consumption Report.
∎ Maintain Outsource Products/Producers details.
∎ Provide various Store/Purchase related report as per management requirement
∎ Provide all types of written & email communications to Producers/Management.
∎ Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control through computerized systems.
∎ Raw Store requirements arrangement with external producers.
∎ written & maintain all Finished Challan for consignment or procure products.
∎ Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling.
∎ Responsible for different external raw materials procurement activities.
∎ Various outsourced sample arrange and approved by Management.
∎ Any other tasks assign by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient in computer office package; especially in Microsoft Excel
∎ Strong accounting fundamentals and commercial knowledge.
∎ Familiarity with standard and best practices in stockroom or warehouse environment.
∎ Sufficient knowledge for maintaining warehouse/ store independently.
