Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Lean Management, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Packaging Industry, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Adopt best industrial engineering practices in every possible area for better productivity and ensure optimization of resources;
∎ Apply statistical methods to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards and to plan the layout of machines and lines to get highest productivity.
∎ Monitor the layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to achieve maximum efficiency;
∎ Analysis of low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify.
∎ Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.
∎ Study individual operators' performance and train them up.
∎ Coordinate with production departmental heads and supervisors for implementing LEAN/IE tools and techniques.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth productivity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Written and verbal proficiency in English will be an added advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
