Responsibilities & Context:
The main tasks of a Recruitment Officer are:
- Preparing and publishing advertisements for collecting manpower.
- Collecting and verifying applications.
- Selecting candidates for interviews.
- Communicate with different Govt. and Non-Govt. organizations.
- Visit training centers (CARITAS, UCEP, BITAC, Vocational training center, etc.) to collect manpower.
- Assisting in other tasks of the recruitment process.
- Completing the onboarding process for the recruits.
- Working per the organization's human resources policies.
- Participating in various recruitment fairs.
