∎ Proven experience in developing, customizing, and implementing DreamApps ERP++ or similar ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
∎ Strong programming and scripting skills relevant to DreamApps ERP++.
∎ Strong expertise in Java programming (Spring, Hibernate, or related frameworks).
∎ Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL (database design, queries, optimization).
∎ Proficiency in Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools (JasperReports, SSRS).
∎ Expertise in database management, data migration, and ERP integrations.
∎ Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and production workflows.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
∎ Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results without external assistance.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
∎ Outstanding communication skills for end-user training and documentation.
∎ 5+ years of hands-on ERP development experience, with at least 3 year on DreamApps ERP++.
∎ Experience with ERP deployment in a manufacturing environment.
∎ Familiarity with process automation, business analytics, and reporting tools.
∎ Successful and timely implementation of new ERP features and modules.
∎ System uptime and minimal downtime during business hours.

∎ Analyze and understand manufacturing business processes to align and optimize DreamApps ERP++ accordingly.
∎ Independently design, develop, customize, and implement ERP modules, workflows, and integrations specific to manufacturing operations.
∎ Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve ERP issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
∎ Manage ERP data migration, system upgrades, and the deployment of new features and modules.
∎ Maintain system documentation, including configurations, customizations, and process changes.
∎ Provide training and technical support to end-users, ensuring effective system utilization.
∎ Monitor system performance, conduct regular backups, and implement disaster recovery procedures.
∎ Stay updated with the latest advancements in DreamApps ERP++ and ERP best practices.
∎ Generate and automate reports for production, inventory, and other key operational metrics.
∎ Ensure ERP security, user access control, and compliance with company policies.
∎ Role Overview:
∎ We are looking for a highly skilled and independent DreamApps ERP++ Developer to manage the full development, customization, and implementation of our ERP system in a manufacturing setting. This role requires end-to-end responsibility for ensuring smooth integration, optimal performance, and continuous improvement across various modules including HR, Inventory, Sales, Planning, Production, Accounting, Supply Chain, CRM etc. — without team support.
