∎ Communicating with various MNC and Local clients.
∎ Managerial or leadership to run pull of team.
∎ Monitoring and updating the HR data base.
∎ Negotiation skill with potential candidate.
∎ Working on idea generation.
∎ Contributing and developing HR plans and strategies.
∎ A self-starter, fast thinker, innovative, industrious, results focused with 'can do' attitude.
