∎ Proven experience in field supervision, preferably in projects related to women's entrepreneurship or sales.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
∎ Familiarity with rural communities and understanding of challenges faced by women entrepreneurs.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
∎ Proficiency in using digital devices and applications.
∎ Ability to work on MS Word, Excel, and Google Spread Sheet.
∎ Applicants with personal motorbike will get preference.

∎ Sales Monitoring and Evaluation.
∎ Monthly Sales Meetings.
∎ On-the-go Training.
∎ Communication and Collaboration.
∎ Data Collection and Reporting.
∎ Problem-solving and Support.
∎ Job Summary: As a Field Supervisor for the Project, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful
∎ implementation of the project activities in the designated regions. Your primary responsibilities will
∎ include recruiting and monitoring the performance of women entrepreneurs, conducting regular sales
∎ meetings, providing on-the-go training, and ensuring that project objectives are met within the specified
∎ timelines. You will collaborate with the project team, stakeholders, and other key players to facilitate
∎ smooth project execution and contribute to the empowerment of women entrepreneurs in rural
∎ communities.
∎ Reporting to: Project Manager
∎ Project Duration: 3 Months
∎ Responsibilities:
