Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate in any discipline from any reputed university.MBA in HRM/ PGDPM/ PGDHRM /L.LB will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Administration

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Factory HR Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Tannery/Footwear

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to perform duty in shifts on the basis of roster.
∎ Look after and ensure daily administrative works of a large 100% export oriented manufacturing factory.
∎ Plan and implement all sorts of precautionary measures in order to ensure that the factory and its premises/ properties are secure from the hazards of fire, pilferage, trespassing etc.
∎ Liaise with Government offices and other relevant agencies/ org. related to company's business.
∎ Oversee all disciplinary actions of workers and staffs and ensure that all actions are taken as per applicable Labor Law.
∎ Ensure, develop and maintain employees/ officer's health-hygiene, safety & welfare issues.
∎ Should handle, manage & resolve employee conflicts as well as grievance issues in a proactive manner.
∎ Manage, maintain and ensure best housekeeping of the premises and of facility. Communicate with the workers on regular basis and motivate them to ensure safe and clean workplace complying with all safety standards.
∎ Must be conversant with Labor Laws 2006, its amendments and Labor Rules.
∎ Handle, control & manage security personnel and admin staffs.
∎ Monitor, Control and ensure foreign officials and guests accommodation, transportation, food and amenities facilities as per company policy.
∎ Control and manage company's transport pool with all related works.
∎ Other works as when assign by the superior(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Males are encouraged to apply.

Salary: Negotiable
