Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for the assigned territory.
Supervise, monitor, and provide guidance to Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) and Sales Representatives (SRs).
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
Expand the distribution network by appointing new dealers/distributors in potential markets.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and proper execution of marketing activities (POSM, banners, posters, notebook/pen promotions, etc.).
Collect orders from dealers, manage stock, and ensure timely delivery along with payment collection.
Analyze market trends, track competitor activities, and prepare reports for submission to the Head Office.
Motivate, train, and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager/Head Office.
Ensure that all company policies, rules, and SOPs are strictly followed by the sales team.
