Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Background: As a Specialist- Employee Benefit & HRIS, the position will be responsible for managing the HR Information Systems in SAP and supporting the compensation and benefits administration within the company. This role involves maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring proper salary administration, benefits management, and data analytics to drive HR operations efficiency. You will work closely with the HR team to implement and optimize HR systems, and support HR processes for both retail sales operations and manufacturing plants.

∎ Job Description:
∎ • Manage and maintain the HR Information System in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely updates of employee data.
∎ • Input, verify, and audit data related to employee lifecycle events (new hires, terminations, promotions, etc.).
∎ • Collaborate with Regional HRIS teams to troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth functionality.
∎ • Assist in the administration of compensation programs, including salary reviews, bonus payments, and incentives.
∎ • Support payroll processing by ensuring data accuracy related to salaries, benefits, and deductions.
∎ • Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, provident fund, allowances) and ensure proper enrollment and updates.
∎ • Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
∎ • Ensure all employee compensation and benefits documentation is up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
∎ • Assist in internal and external audits related to HR data, payroll, and benefits administration.
∎ • Generate and analyze reports related to headcount, employee demographics, payroll, leave management, etc.
