Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE, Mechanical, IPE Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Overall SMT board machine servicing and installation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and servicing FUJI Mounters,MPM Printers,Kohyoung SPI/AOI,Helelr reflow oven, Router, Underfill etc. machines
∎ Managing spare part inventory, ordering parts and making PM schedule.
∎ Ensuring no brake down losses on line.
∎ Working closely with production and quality teams in resolving defects.
∎ Should know how to develop and maintain process check sheets and safety measures required in SMT machine operation
∎ Should have good knowledge about Gerber program and other software and settings for setting up machines and model changeover.
∎ Work on MES and SAP.
∎ Able to maintain cordial relations with all support departments.
∎ Excellent team player required.
∎ Very good written and oral communication skills and a analytical mindset is required.
∎ Very good hands on knowledge of MS office and Windows 10.
