Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Textile / Chemical / Polymer/ Mechanical Engineering /Graduate in any discipline from reputed University/ Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge on textile grade PET Chips specification.
∎ Know about spin finish preparation & application.
∎ Have clear idea about all Standard Operation Process parameter.
∎ Have idea on Auxiliary elements and Utility equipment.
∎ Receiving the production requirement and making production plan as per target of production and oversee the production works of particular shift accordingly.
∎ Preparing manpower schedule as per sector, work volume and manpower shifting accordingly and assign the duty to workers as the production plan.
∎ Supervising, Guiding and monitoring of all manpower under production Section.
∎ Assist to prepare production plan, organize staffs and direct the manufacturing operations ensuring profitability.
∎ Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials etc.
∎ Assure completion of shift duty while insuring product almost standards/quality.
∎ Review safety standards & ensure the safety of the workers during the course of operation and development.
∎ To execute shift wise production plan in shifts to meet the production goal with continuous growth in productivity while maintaining acceptable quality parameter, quantity, value and team building.
∎ Manage daily schedule, Machine operator shifts and time-off requests.
∎ Confirm shift wise production and quality target goals are met.
∎ Training & motivation for production team and utilize labor to achieve production target.
∎ Control wastage in a minimum range.
∎ Check daily idle positions report & rectify the faulty positions.
∎ Prepare daily/shift production report.
∎ Ensure machine & floor cleaning always and proper maintenance of all machines by maintenance department when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent analytical, time management, communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Having sound knowledge of Ms Office.
∎ Able to work under minimum supervision and handling multifunctioning activities.
∎ Should be self-driven, hardworking & high level of professional integrity.
∎ Have to work on shift basis (2 shifts) per day.
∎ Must be able to remain calm under pressure.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the management time to time.
∎ 3 to 5 years practical experience in Synthetic / Cotton Industry. (Production POY & FDY )
