∎ Masters/MBA from any reputed university/Institution Major in HRM/Public Administration/Management/other similar degree.
∎ Skills Required: Good Typing in Bangla, Ms Office Suite

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HR Operations, payroll management, Recruitment & Selection
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the engagement and execution of HR & Admin Policies and Procedures
∎ Schedule interviews and organize Employee On-boarding and Orientation programs
∎ Maintain PCFs with all related papers as updated.
∎ Ensure recruitment of employees based on the approved organogram and requisition for smooth business operation.
∎ Ensure that job requirements and job descriptions for all positions are created, updated, and maintained in the proper format. This includes staff in both the Dhaka office and project offices.
∎ Oversee all recruitments and ensure that the recruitment process is conducted in a fair, transparent, and competitive manner in strict accordance with applicable Group policy and procedures.
∎ Assist in drafting and following up on company policies and SOPs.
∎ Lead HR Operational activities as per company needs.
∎ Conduct Exit Interviews and complete Final Settlement and Final Payment in time according to SLA.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience in any leading local/multinational organization.
∎ Good working knowledge of HR best practices, as well as a good understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law.
