Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil engineering from any public or reputed university. (Candidates from BUET will be preferred)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Complete project technical studies and prepare cost estimations according to project budget.
∎ Preparation of individual project site plan including designs and layouts.
∎ Assists in preparing and implementing new and ongoing projects/projects of the organization.
∎ Maintain project work schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities & resolving problems.
∎ Maintain a safe and clean working environment by maintaining workplace health and safety issues.
∎ Manage compliance and quality assurance standards for all raw materials of civil construction.
∎ Monitor work in progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports of the status of each assignment.
∎ Control project cost by strong & effective monitoring.
∎ Coordinate with all project-related personnel for the progress of work activities regarding procurement.
∎ Arrange and manage the workforce to work in a disciplined manner.
∎ Ensure the safety and security of Men, Machines, Equipment, and materials.
∎ Provide full support to the management regarding construction, repair, and maintenance.
