Responsibilities & Context:
Scope of Job: Shift-in-charge (Production) is responsible for control every day production of Biscuits & Wafer line section of S&B Nice foods valley Ltd. His prime responsibility is to observe the day to day functions of the Biscuits & Wafer line of factory and providing all sorts of supports instantly and as per schedule related to production line.
Ensure implementation daily production schedule.
Prepare daily Production report & submit to Sr. Manager (Production).
Maintain daily stock of raw materials, chemicals, flavours, & packaging materials etc. For running production & also ensuring supply for next day’s production.
Ensure delivery of finished products to distribution.
Ensure daily pre-production Assemblies & Training of Staff & Workers.
Prepare and maintain daily work schedule of Supervisor, Permanent & other production workers.
Check Job cards.
Control & Co-ordinate works of Supervisors & others person.
Ensure quality & quantity in the area of related production line.
Ensure production performance in respect of quality & standard of finished product.
Ensure process loss within permissible limit.
Ensure production at minimum cost.
Ensure that production floor & machine & personnel remain clean all the time.
Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machine and materials.
Ensure proper documentation as per company rules & maintenance of departmental files.
Maintain liaison with mechanical electrical quality control & other supporting departments/ section to get best production performance.
