Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement sales strategies (Yearly, Monthly & Distribution based) to achieve company’s sales target.
Supervise and manage distribution houses, distributor’s appointment, investment & their inventory.
Monitor, guide & coordinate the field sales team to ensure sales growth & sales activities.
Explore new opportunity to increase market share through analysing market intelligence reports, secondary sales data market visit.
Design manpower planning for field force.
Evaluate the performance of the field force and take necessary initiatives to improve it.
Develop and sales policies to optimize efficiency & effectiveness.
