Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Area wise target vs achievement analysis, monthly performance and cumulative growth analysis.
FF Target file setup, revised target & lifting analysis.
Daily database update for sales force. (New join, resign, transfer, termination)
Sales force Salary sheet prepares, coordination with HR & Accounts dept. about sales force Salary disbursement.
FF and Distributors monthly incentive.
FF and Distributors List Update along with phone number.
Customized report prepares for GM-Sales and marketing.
Any other responsibilities as per management requirement.
