Job Context:
∎ Astech Ltd. Is the leading plastic packaging industry based in Chittagong and we are giving the packaging solution to the leading Multinational & Local companies.
∎ We are looking for talented Shift In Charge / Sub assistant engineer to run and maintain our Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Chillers, Compressors, Printing machines etc & also who want to build his career in plastic sector.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure components meet product specifications and establish quality requirements.
∎ Make production plan, Mold and Machine wise and ensure actual output according to the plan.
∎ Completes all required quality checks, critical systems check's, production records and logs accurately;
∎ Change mold within target time.
∎ Prepare materials (Raw materials, Packaging item & Spare parts) requisition as per production Plan.
∎ Plan and cooperate in routine maintenance of all machines.
∎ Keep record of all maintenance and operation related work.(Electrical, Electronics and Mechanical Maintenance of machines and parts.)
∎ Manage and deploy manpower effectively so that maximum efficiency is achieved with minimum manpower.
∎ Monitor daily production (Shift wise)
∎ Ensure Production Target Achievement (with Quality)
∎ Prepare & Maintain Production log / Machine log/ Maintenance log & other logs.
∎ Monitor & Maintain Discipline of production floor, Operators & Helpers
∎ Able to handle a shift independently.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to Hard work.
∎ Duty Type- Shifting: Day/Night.
∎ Computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel & Power point) is mandatory.
∎ Willing to build career in Plastic Packaging Sector.
