Skills & Competencies

  • Experience or strong interest in B2B marketing, corporate sales, or industrial marketing.
  • (Experience in plastic packaging or FMCG sectors preferred but not mandatory.)
  • Excellent communication and email correspondence skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • A team player with a positive “can-do” attitude, integrity, transparency, and accountability.
  • Additional Requirements
  • Sincere, honest, and result-oriented.
  • Capable of working independently and under pressure.
  • Willing to travel frequently for market visits


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Meet potential customers to understand their packaging requirements and build long-term, sustainable business relationships.

  • Execute and monitor marketing strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Conduct regular field visits and market research to analyze market trends, product end-user behavior, customer needs, and competitor activities.

  • Develop SKU-wise business plans and accurate sales forecasts for assigned products.

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities and potential product portfolios.

  • Prepare sales aids, promotional materials, and marketing tools aligned with company strategy.

  • Coordinate the preparation of work orders (IWO) and factory instructions with necessary departmental approvals.

  • Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain and Production teams to ensure timely product availability and achieve overall business goals and objectives.

  • Coordinate with the Accounts Team for customer payments and after-sales support.

  • Implement new and modern business ideas for long-term business sustainability.

  • Manage and support sales operations through institutional buyers, contributing as a team member toward achieving shared customer and company objectives.

  • Gather and analyze market intelligence; prepare and submit periodic reports to management.

  • Ensure proper stock forecasting to maintain effective distribution and achieve target sales performance.
