Job Responsibilities:
∎ Shift in Charge will be responsible for the production and quality in his respective shift right from raw material input and dispatch. Must have
∎ Shift in Charge is responsible for managing the direct staff in achieving the production and quality targets and ensure adherence to autonomous maintenance. Functional area should be production and maintenance.
∎ He will typically work in manufacturing plants where he supervise workers, oversee maintenance operations and maintain workplace safety.
∎ Preparing and monitoring preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment's and machineries.
∎ Supervise supervisors, section in charge and workers to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity. Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.
∎ He should be Involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes.
∎ Ensure that goods are produced efficiently with the right cost, ensure production is cost effective and level of quality.
∎ Supervise and maintain the production process, drawing up a production schedule. Work out the man and material resources needed, and setting quality standards.
∎ Liaise among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers. Work with managements to implement the company's policies and goals.
∎ Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed. Supervise and motivate team of workers. Review worker performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Negotiable but will not be constraint for the right candidate.Gratuity, Provident Fund, Festival Bonus, Group Insurance, and other are admissible as per company policy. This position will be placed in factory and accommodation will be provided, no separate transport facilities will be provided for regular commute for elsewhere.
