Cement Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To keep the grinding plant always ready for operation.
∎ To maintain the log/register book.
∎ To supervise with production workers and operators for smooth operation.
∎ Monitoring silo stock of different grades of cement.
∎ Must have knowledge about tools.
∎ Should be capable of providing maximum production by using minimum power consumption.
∎ To have strong communication skill.
∎ To have knowledge about safety rules and firefighting activities.
∎ Having fundamental knowledge about mechanical and electrical devices or equipment within the cement factory.
∎ Having knowledge to CCR operation and process control.
∎ To find out problems & solve immediately.
∎ To perform analysis on a breakdown and performance of the equipment.
∎ Should be able to manage health and safety procedures and ensure good housekeeping in and around the plant and workstation.
∎ To maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with codes and legal regulations.
∎ To have knowledge about grinding media charging management.
∎ To have knowledge about weigh feeder calibration.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have basic knowledge about mechanical & electrical engineering.
∎ The applicants must have adequate knowledge in MS word & MS Excel.
Salary: Negotiable
