∎ Age 40 to 50 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the team in achieving monthly targets for customer acquisition and conversion, with a focus on attaining new customer acquisition (registration and onboarding) targets.
∎ Cultivate and nurture enduring relationships with newly on boarded customers·
∎ Contribute market intelligence inputs for the formulation of pricing and activation strategies.·
∎ Oversee the enrichment and maintenance of customer profiles, ensuring regular updates in CRM.·
∎ Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition of clients, fostering repeat sales with minimal dropouts.·
∎ Guide customers through their credit application journey.· Overseeing the target market, the sales channel, and to carry out the sales order in conjunction with the supervisor.·
∎ Supervising sales forecasting, analysis, and identification of potential new sales.·
∎ Giving instructions to the RSM that they provide necessary sales data to the MIS·
∎ Work together with Supply Chain & Distribution to guarantee that clients receive their orders on time.
