Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers at the service center in a professional and friendly manner.
- Record customer complaints or requests accurately in the system and provide clear explanations about service procedures.
- Communicate service timelines and updates to customers effectively.
- Coordinate with technicians and service teams to ensure timely processing of service orders.
- Maintain an organized reception area and ensure all customer interactions are handled efficiently.
- Handle inquiries about products, services, warranties, and repair costs.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including invoice generation, payment collection, and documentation.
- Provide feedback from customers to the management for continuous service improvement.
