Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager for two-wheeler industry/mobile industry to plan, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, email, social media, paid media, events)
Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all platforms
Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools; provide actionable insights and reports
Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to support growth initiatives
Lead, mentor, and manage internal marketing staff and external agencies
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends
Plan and oversee product launches and promotional campaigns
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s & master’s degree in marketing/ business studies
10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic actions
Experience in two-wheeler/mobile industry is highly preferred.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM, content strategy, and performance marketing
Experience managing cross-functional teams
