• Age 30 to 45 years

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies, targets, and action plans for tiles and sanitary ware products

• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure team target achievement within the assigned region

• Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial and industrial projects

• Manage key clients including developers, contractors, architects, engineers, consultants and dealers

• Supervise, guide and motivate the subordinates to improve performance and productivity

• Monitor field activities, market coverage and client visits of team members

• Lead negotiations, pricing discussions and contract finalization within approved authority

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues related to quality, delivery or service

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies and customer demands

• Provide strategic market insights and recommendations to senior management

• Support products launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions and trade marketing activities

• Prepare sales forecast, performance reports and regional sales analysis
