- Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with dealers.
Responsibilities & Context: Job Title: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Business Development
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new Sub-dealers to expand the dealer network.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing dealers to ensure their business expansion through sub dealer, performance and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential dealer opportunities.
- Develop and implement dealer development strategies to align with company goals.
- Develop Master dealer to enhance network throughout the country.
- Provide continuous support and training to dealers to maximize their sales potential.
- Monitor dealer performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless dealer operations.
- Prepare regular reports on dealer development activities and progress.
