  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with dealers.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Title: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Business Development

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new Sub-dealers to expand the dealer network.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing dealers to ensure their business expansion through sub dealer, performance and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential dealer opportunities.
  • Develop and implement dealer development strategies to align with company goals.
  • Develop Master dealer to enhance network throughout the country.
  • Provide continuous support and training to dealers to maximize their sales potential.
  • Monitor dealer performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless dealer operations.
  • Prepare regular reports on dealer development activities and progress.
