Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must able to read tech packs properly to understand about the process to make layout with required machines, attachments and identify the critical process.
∎ Based on tech pack, must have knowledge for process development (make process easier) and recommend to sample dept. while developing samples. so that during bulk production this bottle neck operation will not be as bottle neck.
∎ Must have ability to develop skilled operators for required special operations/process for up coming styles. so that during line bulk, line will not face capacity or bottle neck issue.
∎ MUST PROVIDE PATTERN to line in advance(before line layout) for placement and make process accurate and easier.
∎ Must able to do line layout for any kind of woven/knit styles with quality.
∎ Must have ability to solve bottle neck process with quality to achieve line target as per capacity.
∎ Must have ability to make size set for all kinds of woven and knit styles.
∎ Must provide advance requisition for different types of attachments, needles, machines, which will require for next upcoming layouts.
∎ The management of a reputed Group of RMG Companies (Woven/Knit) is looking for qualified and dynamic candidates to fill up the vacant post "Senior Technician".
