∎ Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
∎ Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in mid-level project management, preferably in education or humanitarian projects.
∎ Skills: Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Other: Willingness to drive motorcycle with a valid driving license. Knowledge of Rohingya refugee context and experience working in camp settings is an asset.PRANTIC has been working in Rohingya Response since 2018. As a part of providing educational access to the Rohingya Children, PRANTIC has been closely working with Pooled Fund Team to implement a project titled: Access to quality informal education for Rohingya refugee children in Cox's Bazar and Bhasan Char funded by the Global Affairs of Canada (GAC), and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) under BRAC management is now seeking for a competent Bangladeshi candidate for the post of Senior Project Officer.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Project Implementation and Monitoring: Execution of monthly plan, presenting weekly progress and reporting outcome-based progress through overseeing day-to-day operations of the 28 CBLFs, ensuring alignment with project goals and donor requirements.
∎ Staff Supervision and Capacity Building: Provide technical guidance, support and mentor project staff, facilitating regular training, prepare training module/manual to ensure quality training and staff performance assessments.
∎ Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with BRAC, community leaders, camp management, UN agencies, INGOs, local and national NGOs, local administration, RRRC Officials and other partners to enhance project outcomes and community engagement.
∎ Budget and Resource Management: Monitor the utilization of project resources, ensuring efficiency and accountability.
∎ Data Collection and Reporting: Ensure accurate data collection, analyze progress, and prepare comprehensive reports for donors and management.
∎ Risk Management and Compliance: Must abide by all PRANTIC policies and ensure in all project activities. Identify potential challenges, propose solutions, and ensure adherence to organizational and donor guidelines.
