Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:

PRANTIC has been implementing the Pooled Fund Project in Education, funded by GAC and DFAT, with fund management by BRAC. Under this initiative, PRANTIC is actively engaged in Education, which aims to strengthen access to quality education for Rohingya children.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES of Field Facilitator:

  • Implement all project activities in the camp according to the work plan, budget, and donor requirements.

  • Supervise and coordinate the timely output and collection of field reports.

  • Ensure the timely and efficient execution of project work plans and activity plans. Liaise with the (Senior Project Officer (SPO) & Project Manager (PM) for efficient resource utilization.

  • Assist the PM, SPO and MEAL Officer in monitoring, evaluations, surveys, and timely delivery of relevant data and reports.

  • Collaborate with the SPO to deliver timely and quality narrative reports for local administration, donors, and other required parties.

  • Maintain effective communication with the CiC office, responsible for obtaining approval and submitting necessary documents.

  • Ensure proper logistics for CBLF and other events, in coordination with the SPO, PM and Finance & Accounts Officer, by ensuring proper documentation.

  • Prepare case studies and success stories as instructed by the supervisor.

  • Maintain monthly attendance and leave reports for English and Burmese Teaching Volunteers, Field Supervisors, and Burmese Teachers.

  • Regularly monitor CBLF to ensure they are operating as per the agreed plan.

  • Participate in community engagement activities to ensure community participation in project activities.

  • Assist in building the capacity of Teachers and conduct various capacity-building trainings as a trainer.

  • Assist Program Colleagues whenever necessary

  • Any other duty assigned by the Supervisor.
