∎ M.Sc in Chemistry or B.Sc in Chemical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage daily production as per production plan and monthly ROFO provided by business.
∎ To maintain production quality through standard process control (SOP).
∎ To raise Finished Goods Transfer Note (FGTN) shift/daily basis (no FG will be kept in production custody).
∎ Ensure precise quality formulation according to the batch process sheet approved by Technical team and must be recorded in prescribed format.
∎ To ensure maximum utilization of man-power, machine and materials, which would be reflected in productivity, process loss reduction and production cost.
∎ To ensure proper grinding and finish of Paints ingredient as per standard.
∎ To ensure base strength and shade matching as per specification.
∎ To ensure schedule and preventive maintenance as per maintenance schedule.
∎ Coordination with several related departments.
∎ To ensure proper housekeeping (maintaining 5’S), painting works and tiny repair works.
∎ To ensure overall safety, Health and Environment (SHE) inside the unit for all of the work forces as per company guide line.
∎ Sanitize all machine as per schedule ( Short term and long term)
∎ Update All production and maintenance related format, registers, documents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Leadership.
∎ Good Communication Skill.
∎ Pro Active.
