Responsibilities & Context:
Understand business objectives and accordingly collect primary and secondary data, compile, analyze & interpret those, formulate reports and make recommendations for the Senior Management.
Provide reports on the competitive landscape, which will include analysis of various companies’ offerings & promotional activities, the effectiveness of incentive programs, and identifying market trends, pricing/business models, and methods of operations.
Analyze trends and provide reports to Senior Management on Sales, Collection, Debtor, Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO), etc.
Identify positive financial outcomes to increase profitability through analysis of different types of data on the customer-wise invoices, marketing expenses, sales team expenses, business summary, stock reports, production reports, etc.
Analyze the Growth Drivers of the Agri-Chemical Industry and their impact level.
Analyze the National Bureau of Revenue (NBR) data to find out the molecule-wise procurement, growth, and price trend.
Keep record of business performance data and prepare reports on a regular interval.
Analyze global and local trends in product and technology and keep business informed on impacts.
Support Marketing, Sales, R&D and Factory teams on required analysis for business improvement.
Visit the field to find out the positive correlation of the findings and prepare reports accordingly.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
