  • Additional professional training and certification in procurement and logistics management preferred.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with all clients, peers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work hands-on, independently, and within team.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to coordinate activities with officials from Banks, vendors and stakeholders.
  • Ability and willingness to work throughout Bangladesh required.


Responsibilities & Context:

As one of the Leading renewable energy and electrical engineering company we are actively in search of a dynamic and self-driven Professional to join our Supply Chain Management team. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.

  • Develop and implement a strong local procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process optimization, and supplier diversification.
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard local suppliers/vendors. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements.
  • Monitor vendor performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Generate purchase orders for required materials, equipment, and services.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of orders.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounts teams for payment processing.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet operational needs.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize excess or shortage.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
  • Work closely with departments such as project, Operations and finance and contribute to process improvements.
  • Uphold ethical standards in all interactions with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Market and supplier visit.
