• Candidates from an engineering background (EEE/IPE/Mechanical) are also encouraged to apply.

• The applicants should have at least 5 years experience in the following business area(s):

  Electrical Engineering Firm / Renewable energy solutions / Construction company

• Additional professional training and certification in procurement and logistics management preferred.

• Strong organizational and reporting skills.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Ability to build effective relationships with all clients, peers, and stakeholders.

• Ability to work hands-on, independently, and within team.

• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to coordinate activities with officials from Banks, vendors and stakeholders.

• Ability and willingness to work throughout Bangladesh required.

As one of the Leading renewable energy and electrical engineering company we are actively in search of a dynamic and self-driven Professional to join our Supply Chain Management team. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.

1. Develop and implement a strong local procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals.
2. Identify opportunities for cost savings, process optimization, and supplier diversification.
3. Source, evaluate, and onboard local suppliers/vendors. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements.
4. Monitor vendor performance and address any issues promptly.
5. Generate purchase orders for required materials, equipment, and services.
6. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of orders.
7. Collaborate with finance and accounts teams for payment processing.
8. Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet operational needs.
9. Implement inventory control measures to minimize excess or shortage.
10. Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
11. Work closely with departments such as project, Operations and finance and contribute to process improvements.
12. Uphold ethical standards in all interactions with vendors and stakeholders.
13. Market and supplier visit.
