Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall supervision of dyeing finishing section.
∎ Ensure target production of individual shift.
∎ Acting as a responsible person of a shift.
∎ Follow-up daily delivery plan of in-house and sub-contract fabrics.
∎ Monitoring all operator, helper, subordinates of respective shift.
∎ Should have proper knowledge on various finishing process and machines.
∎ Ensure quality production and on time delivery.
∎ Discuss with seniors regarding shade, quality, machines maintenance schedule and delivery plan etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2 to 4 years experience in same position
∎ Must have leadership capability
∎ Shifting duty
∎ Strategic skills to maintain dyeing section
∎ Good proficiency of computer, software and internet
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bangla
∎ Very good commanding capabilities
∎ Willingness to take responsibility
∎ Willingness to work under pressure
