Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning Dyeing Finishing to ensure maximum utilization of machinery. Also ensure to delivery of fabrics on time as per central plan.
∎ To keep written records of the amount of fabric dyed or finished of the amount chemicals used.
∎ Communicate with co-workers, who perform other parts of the manufacturing process.
∎ Inspect the fabric to ensure they have been finished to the required specifications and no defects are present.
∎ Capable to look after the fabric departments, planning, monitoring and execution independently.
∎ Should have ability to run the fabric department on turnkey basis of famous branded independently.
∎ Make sure the quality of the finished product, so that factory produces quality product as well.
∎ Ensure that only quality fabrics is delivered as per requirements of buyers.
∎ Ensure the achievement of daily target production set by Management.
∎ Train-Up subordinates about proper finishing process, house-keeping and machine operation.
∎ Should have profound knowledge on various finishing process, machine operation and controlling parameters.

∎ Confirm target production of dyeing finishing
∎ Strategic skills to maintain dyeing section
∎ Good proficiency of computer, software and internet.
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bangla
∎ Analytical skills of understanding the dyeing process and minimizing the rejections
